Newish to the market is SEO Analyzer by renowned SEO wizzard Neil Patel. There's no restrictions on this one, which is great! You can also download your report as a PDF, making it easy to send to colleagues.

Last but not least, and probably my favourite of the bunch is Sitechecker.pro. You can't export your results to PDF, but you can run 300 audits per month, and they tell you how to fix your errors. There is a limit to 100 urls pe month, but for most purposes you should be ok.
A really clean interface, and UX makes it a joy to use.
